Heart of Life has a long tradition of offering Spiritual Direction. Spiritual direction- an ancient Christian tradition in which seekers of God open their hearts to a trusted other, in order to grow in inner freedom and so deepen their capacity to love and be loved.Those who seek guidance in listening and responding to God's presence in life may find their spiritual director at Heart of Life.

Supervision can help enhance appreciation of each and, assist in ensuring integrity. 
Individual and group ministry supervision available.

Arrangements can be made with any staff member for such a retreat …
but you need to arrange your accommodation.

BRIAN GALLAGHER is a Catholic priest in the congregation of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart. He has ministered in spiritulaity and spiritual direction for over twenty-five years. During that time, Brian began the Heart of Life Spirituality Centre in Melbourne and The Cliffs Retreat in Shoreham, where he currently lives.
